Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Cairo Upon your arrival at Cairo airport, our representative will be waiting for you with the sign of Ramasside Tours. You will then be transferred by an air-conditioned car to your hotel. Overnight stay in Cairo.
Day 2: Pyramids of Giza, Sakkara, Memphis, and Dahshur After breakfast, embark on a tour to explore the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Continue to visit the Great Sphinx, the Valley Temple of the pyramids, and various noteworthy photo stops.
Proceed to Sakkara to see the Step Pyramid of Djoser, dating back to 2600 BC, making it the oldest stone structure. Explore Imhotep temple and Mastaba of Ti in the same area. Visit Memphis, the first capital of Egypt, and see the Statue of Ramses II.
On your journey south, visit the Red Pyramid and the Bent Pyramid of Dashsur. Optionally, attend the Sound & Light show in the Pyramids area in the evening. Overnight stay in Cairo.
Day 3: Luxor East Bank After breakfast, transfer to the domestic airport for a flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, visit The Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor. Explore the Luxor Temple courtyard and the granite statues of Ramses the Great. Move on to Karnak, a series of temples with the Avenue of Sphinxes, the Hypostyle Hall, Obelisks, and more.
Continue to Luxor Museum before transferring to your hotel. Overnight stay in Luxor.
Day 4: Luxor West Bank Start your day with a visit to the Valley of the Kings, exploring the grandeur of burial architecture. Visit three tombs, excluding the Tomb of King Tutankhamun. Proceed to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Valley of the Queens. Explore the temple of Ramses III (Medinet Habu) and stop by the Colossi of Memnon.
Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Luxor.
Day 5: Edfu, Kom Ombo – Aswan After breakfast, drive to Edfu to visit the well-preserved Temple of Horus. Transfer to the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the deities Haroeris and Sobek. Move on to your hotel in Aswan. Overnight stay in Aswan.
Day 6: Abu Simbel Depart for Abu Simbel to visit the colossal Temple built by Ramses II and the Temple of Nefertari. Return to Aswan for overnight stay.
Day 7: Aswan Tour – Cairo Visit the High Dam, sail to the island of Agilkia to explore the Philae Temple. Transfer to Aswan airport for a flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Cairo.
Day 8: Departure After breakfast, our representative will transfer you to the airport and assist you with final departure formalities.
